*PLEASE NOTE: Any work started PRIOR to issuance of a permit is subject to a doubled permit fee and/or a citation.

Before ANY construction, home improvements, and/or additions are started, please call City Hall at (979) 793-4253 to verify if a permit is required or not.

A permit WILL NOT be issued until plans are reviewed. Please be aware the plan review process may take up to 14 business days to complete.

The checks or money orders must be made payable to City of Needville. The City does not accept credit card payments for permits. The City only accepts cash, check or money orders.
