Online Bill Pay Information

You can now pay your utility bill online!

Learn more below about how to pay your bill online.

  • How Do I Setup My Online Account?

    The City of Needville has a new online bill pay program as of December 1, 2024.


    You will need to create a new login. You will need your new 11 digit account number to set it up. There is also a QR code on the top of your new bill that will take you to your new account.


    When registering online, use your account number and enter your service address EXACTLY as it appears on your utility bill.


    If you do not have that information, please contact City Hall at (979) 793-4253 to obtain your registration code.

  • Will I Pay Processing Fees for Online Payments?

    There is a low processing fee to pay your bill online that is paid directly to your credit card company.


    The fee is NOT received by the city.


    The fee is added to your initial bill amount and is provided to you before submitting your payment.
